May I speak with someone before submitting my resume?

Yes, but our Recruiters prefer that you submit your resume first. This allows them to better prepare for the discussion.

How do I set up an appointment with a recruiter?

All appointments are set up with a Recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator. Since all of our appointments are scheduled in advance, we do not accept walk-ins.

Do I have to pay Perfect Search?

No. All services provided by Perfect Search are free to the job seeker. Our clients invest in finding top tier talent.

Will I definitely hear back from a recruiter?

Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to every application that we receive. If your application aligns with the requirements of the role, our staff will contact you directly for next steps.

How do I contact a recruiter?

How do I know whether or not a job has been filled?

When an opening has been successfully filled, we remove it from our website. For the most updated listing of available jobs, please search our job openings page.

What should I bring with me to my first interview with a Perfect Search Recruiter?

Please bring an updated copy of your resume, a list of professional references, and any references letters that you may have. Please come dressed for a formal interview.
